Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio

seeing is believing
believing is becoming
becoming is being

embodying everything you want to be and
committing yourself to who that is
who you’ve always been and accepting that
you’ve never needed to change
only deepen your faith

why coexist when you can integrate?
occupy any space
and if you’re afraid
you’re a star shaped peg in a heart shaped hole
then create your own

what is meant to be could not be forced
energy does not die
but it could change form
allow for space and harmony will flow
the waters will go
and depth will grow

The full moon and lunar eclipse May 16th, 2022 is in the sign of Scorpio. The depth of our commitment, triggered in an especially unforgettable way. The Moon conjunct the South Node is symbolic of an intense, unmistakable desire to gain back something that we lost somewhere along the way, something that is of no small importance. A part of our purpose that we’ve been neglecting, naturally, while being pulled by the current of our lives. It is also a celebration in the acknowledgement of this missing piece, in all of its integrity. With the Sun conjunct the North Node in Taurus, we are supported in taking the steps to find that part of ourselves, once again.

The Moon, representing our emotions and desires, is supported by a trine to Neptune and Mars in Pisces. If you knew that everything is possible, that all the achievements are achievable, would you know yourself well enough to discern what deserves your commitment? Distractions come a mile a minute, and it is not unconcievable that you could veer off in a direction that is the spiritual equivalent of fool’s gold. Your intention is your home, your home your intention. Stay present, and come home at the beginning-middle-end of each day. There is no such thing as time wasted but there is always time well spent.

The sun, representing the actions we take to manifest our desires, is supported by a trine to retrograde Pluto in Capricorn. A call to be aware of power plays in your life — that you’ve enacted and that have been enacted upon you. How are you projecting your fears onto others, and how are you being held back by others’ projections of their fears onto you? We all have some deep, dark hole we’ve worked hard to climb our way out of. Identifying the consequences of allowing yourself to be pulled back to that place keeps you in the light, and keeps you from keeping others in the dark. See the light, reflect the light, such is the essence of a full moon.

Happy full moon and lunar eclipse in Scorpio, xx
